Description
The main benefits of daily cleaning:
- fight bad breath
- eliminate the whitish coating on the tongue
- activate the sensitivity of the taste buds to better savor food
- protect teeth and gums
- facilitate digestion that begins in the mouth
- copper creates an environment in which bacteria are unlikely to multiply
- USE:
In the morning it removes the mucus that rises from the esophagus during the night.
In the evening together with cleaning the teeth it eliminates the microbes present in the white coating that covers the tongue.
HOW TO DO IT:
Gently scrape the tongue starting from the throat towards the tip. Rinse the tongue cleaner then repeat until the tongue is clean. 2 or 3 passes are sufficient.
It is also possible to moisten the tongue cleaner with a drop of essential oil, to sweeten the breath and awaken the sense of taste.
MAINTENANCE:
Copper darkens due to oxidation. It can be cleared by rubbing it with a slice of lemon and then rinsing with soap and water.
THE COLORS OF THE TONGUE: examination in front of the mirror
The tongue speaks its own language:
so the doctor, observing it and interpreting its “language”, is able to evaluate the health of the entire organism.
The tongue is the mirror of our health, therefore its anomalies could reveal disorders of other organs of the body.
There are two key indicators: color and humidity
A normal tongue should be pink and slightly moist. Furthermore, the surface should be uniform, without stains or cracks.
The first and most common alarm bell is when the tongue becomes whitish: usually it is not a real pathology, but it can indicate the presence of fungi, such as candida, a state of widespread stress or a lowering of the immune defenses, perhaps because there is an infectious disease in progress or antibiotics are being taken.
